As part of our standard window cleaning service, we will remove and clean all ground floor window screens. Upper window screens will be cleaned without removal, however if the homeowner wants to remove the screens internally prior to our arrival we will clean the screens with the ground level screens.
We expect a single-story home to take up to one hour on-site, and a two-story home up to one hour and thirty minutes.
No, you do not need to be present. Any special requests can be handed by text and payments can be done electronically after work is completed. We will notify you 30 minutes ahead of our expected arrival time via text or email. Please provide any gate codes and ensure any property side gates are unlocked prior to our arrival as part of your text or email communication.
