No, you do not need to be present. Any special requests can be handed by text and payments can be done electronically after work is completed. We will notify you 30 minutes ahead of our expected arrival time via text or email. Please provide any gate codes and ensure any property side gates are unlocked prior to our arrival as part of your text or email communication.
We currently have a fixed price for one hundred and twenty dollars for single story homes, however for two story homes access and layout can be an issue that requires additional equipment rental as such we can not offer a fixed price for this service. Unfortunately, the solar panel cleaning service for two story homes will have to be handled as an individually priced service.
